Breastfeeding Help?; Each Boob Has A Mind Of Its Own?

Toward the end of my pregnancy, while my breasts were beginning to produce colostrum, my left breast would leak and my right never would. I could hand express colostrum from both breasts just as easily, but the right would never leak.
Now, my daughter is 6 days old and we have been breastfeeding exclusively the whole time. Everything is going generally pretty well. But I have noticed a difference once again between the two breasts. My milk came in a few days ago, and I was engorged. That has now mostly passed and both breasts are now softer and less full. But my left breast is harder and more full than my right. Both now leak, but the left leaks significantly more than the right.
My right breast is also the one my daughter has more trouble latching on to. My nipple is dry on that side, most likely from incorrect latches. (we are getting better though!)
On the right side, everything is wonderful. On the left…less than that.
What is going on here?
What can I do to help this?
Should I pump? I have a pump but I wasn’t going to start using it (so my husband can also feed her) until we had a better handle on breastfeeding. But since there is a different reason now…I’ve started to consider. Would this help? If so what kind of pattern of pumping should I use?
Thanks so much! Hope I was detailed enough!
